Located in downtown Carrboro's historic district, the Spira headquarters is full of old town charm.

 

 

Sarah Honer, Spira's owner, founded the studio in 2002. Since then, the studio has expanded to include Pilates mat classes at the Triangle Youth Ballet and at Balanced Movement Studio. We moved across the hallway in 2005 to a larger space, and here we have a clever view of all the Carrboro hustle and bustle. In 2008, we acquired a GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower as well as a Jumping Stretching Board in 2009. We are proud to be the premiere studio in Carrboro/Chapel Hill to offer classes in Juliu Horvath's GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®.
