Get on the mat in our beautiful downtown Carrboro studio. 

Your teacher will skillfully guide you through your Pilates and core-inspired exercises. Learn Pilates breathing and alignment techniques to ease pain and create functional ability. Pilates exercises follow you outside of class, bringing greater strength, length, and balance to your movements and activities. Discover new variations and applications of Mr. Pilates' original work that has come to be respected by doctors, physical therapists, coaches, and professional athletes. 

Mats and other props are provided. 50 minutes.
