CardioCore class offers you a way to refine your Pilates equipment technique without the price tag of private training. Your instructor will keep a careful watch on you and your classmates as you move through your own pacing on each station. This class is an invigorating exploration of the Pilates studio equipment that works your core abdominals, legs, and arm strength with attention to alignment and proper form. One minute cardiovascular bursts on the mat happen between 4-5 minute equipment exercises which may include the rebounder, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and other equipment as stations. Previous Pilates experience, even if it is mat work, is recommended. Come prepared to get warm and keep moving. This class material changes every 6 weeks.
