Circuit training at Spira
CardioCore is a circuit training class on the Pilates equipment — without the price tag of private training. Work your core abdominals, legs, balance and arm strength with attention to alignment and proper form. One minute cardiovascular bursts on the mat happen between 4-5 minute equipment exercises which may include the rebounder, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and other equipment as stations. Previous Pilates, yoga, or movement experience is recommended. Come prepared to get warm and keep moving to the music.
