Spira was founded in 2002 by Sarah Honer. The studio offers personalized training on the Pilates apparatus and on the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® Pulley Tower and Jumping Stretching Board. We are proud to be the premiere studio in Carrboro/Chapel Hill to offer classes in Juliu Horvath's GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® and to offer GYROKINESIS® classes.
